Hire Expectations.
Whilst hiring me, you get a reliable, smartly dressed, professional and experienced driver who aims to deliver a high standard to those travelling on board the coach. In turn, this should also continue to help your company to maintain a good name within the industry.
I keep a diary and once a hire is booked and guaranteed, it is then entered in to that diary and I honour that booking. I will not cancel work without genuine reason. I will always give as much notice as is available to me in this rare instance.
I genuinely do set out to enjoy my work and to give a smart, professional and friendly delivery of this work.
Terms and Conditions.
T’s and C’s are an important part of modern working life. I have experienced a lack of professionalism from one or two coach operator’s in the past, which led me to set out a fair breakdown of what can be expected from both sides.
Once a company makes a booking enquiry for my hire services, I will then forward a complete copy of my Terms and Conditions to be signed and returned by the appropriate company representative prior to me undertaking any work.
An important part of this is the Hire Booking Contract sheet which is an agreement to show the time span of the hire. This is to keep things formal, to act as a professional demonstration of my self employed status and to help protect both parties within the current legal requirements. Also included is a breakdown of the hire fees.
I believe that professional companies will be in agreement with what’s asked, particularly with regards to the payment period.
